1. Cancellation Terms
⚠️ Important Notice: By making a booking, you agree to the following:
- No cancellation policy applies to this booking.
- 50% refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the slot.
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
2. Cancellation Window
To receive a 50% refund, cancellation must be made at least
24 hours before your scheduled slot.
📝 Example:
If your slot is scheduled for Friday at 2:00 PM:
- Cancel before Thursday 2:00 PM → 50% refund
- Cancel after that → No refund
