- 50% refund will be provided on cancellation of a booking made 24 hours
before the particular slot time.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

3. How to Cancel a Booking
To cancel your booking, please contact us using any of the following methods:

- Contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email with your Booking ID
- Our support team will verify your booking details
- If eligible for refund, we will confirm the cancellation and initiate the refund
- You will receive a confirmation email/SMS
- Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days

- The refund will be credited to the original payment method
- For Razorpay payments, refunds will appear in 5-7 business days
- For Cash on Arrival bookings, no refund is applicable
