  • 50% refund will be provided on cancellation of a booking made 24 hours before the particular slot time.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Cancellation Process

  1. Contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email with your Booking ID
  2. Our support team will verify your booking details
  3. If eligible for refund, we will confirm the cancellation and initiate the refund
  4. You will receive a confirmation email/SMS
  5. Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • For Razorpay payments, refunds will appear in 5-7 business days
  • For Cash on Arrival bookings, no refund is applicable
  • You will receive a confirmation email once processed
