Terms & Conditions

By participating in activities at SimRacingAdda, you agree to the following terms:

1. I wish to participate in indoor activities including Virtual Reality and Static Simulation.
2. I am at least thirteen years old or am signing for the children detailed above who are in my care.
3. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety (and the safety of my possessions) while undertaking the activities.
4. I certify that neither I nor the children I supervise have any medical condition (including epilepsy) that could increase the risk of injury. If I am not the parent/guardian, I confirm I have verified this with them.
5. If supervising children under 13, I confirm I am the parent/guardian or have proper authorization from them.
6. I agree to ensure that children under my care follow all safety rules and instructions provided before and during the session.
7. I acknowledge that I am responsible for the safety of the children under my supervision and our belongings.
8. In case of accident, damage, or loss, SimRacingAdda will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or injury (except in cases of negligence leading to death or personal injury).
9. I agree not to enter or exit the simulator rig unless instructed by staff.
10. I understand that activities may cause motion sickness or disorientation. I can remove the VR headset at any time and switch to a screen.
11. I acknowledge that steering wheel force feedback can be strong (up to 18Nm torque) and may cause injury. I agree to follow all safety instructions, including releasing the wheel during crashes.
12. SimRacingAdda follows a zero-tolerance policy for rage gaming, damage to equipment, or abusive behavior. Any such behavior will result in session termination without refund and liability for damages.
13. SimRacingAdda strictly prohibits gambling, betting, lotteries, or any related activities within the facility or services.
